The Requirements

For many pharmacies, managing claims had become an exhausting part of daily operations. Staff were spending hours manually checking submissions, only to find issues after the fact – issues that could lead to rejected claims, delays, or lost income.

Our Solution

Blueberry worked with United Drug to create ARC – a web-based platform designed to take the pressure off pharmacy teams and make the claims process smarter and safer.

ARC integrates directly with pharmacy software, capturing dispensing data in real time. As claims are prepared, the system automatically checks them for common issues like incorrect schemes or dosage errors. If something looks off, ARC flags it immediately, giving the pharmacist a chance to fix it before submission.

The platform also makes it easy to identify and resolve missing claims. Instead of relying on guesswork or time-consuming manual checks, pharmacies can now see exactly what needs attention at a glance.

ARC’s reporting dashboard gives teams the insights they need to monitor performance and make improvements, without relying on fragmented spreadsheets or outdated systems.

Built on a robust .NET and C# backend with a responsive Angular frontend, ARC delivers a smooth, reliable user experience. OAuth 2.0 and HTTPS ensure secure access and communication throughout – meeting the highest standards for GDPR and healthcare compliance.
